Czerniakow (November
30, 1880 in Warsaw, died. July 23, 1942 in Warsaw) - engineer, activist economic, educational and so cial development, a senator of the Second Republic, columnist, au thor of occasional poems in Polish, during the German occupation of Poland, chairman of the Judenrat in Warsaw Ghetto. Masters degree in chemistry, received the Warsaw Polytechnic, a second degree at the Department of Industrial Technical University in Dresden. In 1909 he was imprisoned by the tsarist government for independence activity.
